The Melbourne International Shooting Club offers both smallbore rifle and pistol shooting at 10m (indoors), 25m and 50m.

Formed in 1955, MISC is the current training venue for many of our national rifle, pistol and modern pentathlon team members.

We provide an extensive calendar of events, with a range of  shooting activities that caters for all levels - from beginners to international class shooters. Coaching sessions are also conducted at various times at no cost to members.

Safety Range Upgrade
Saturday, 04 February 2012
Image The safety range was re-opened mid-January after a short closure with a new overhead baffle to prevent fragments escaping the range area. The project was managed by Richard Lightfoot together with Tony Elsmore. As part of the project the protective strips at the front of the targets were also re-angled, the concrete at the back of the targets scaled back and everything given a coat of paint. We thank members for their patience during the installation period.
